Namibia: Windhoek/Oshakati/Rundu – Orthopedics Training Programme;
Tajikistan: Humanitarian Assistance Programme; Medical Equipment Assessment and Needs of Maternity Hospital 
Turkmenistan: Presidential Health Programme - Medical Equipment Assessment and needs of Maternity Hospital
Bosnia: Sarajevo – Technology Assessment of Hospital Equipment
Kosovo: Pristina – Technology Assessment of Hospital Equipment
Kirghizstan: Medical Equipment Assessment and Needs of Maternity Hospital
Uzbekistan: Medical Equipment Assessment and Needs of Maternity Hospital
Kazakhstan: Medical Equipment Assessment and Needs of Maternity Hospital
Uganda: Design for the realization of a forefront Healthcare Structures composed of a Main Hospital Facility with Mobile Units – be them Surgical, Triage, Laboratories Units - and Medical Hubs placed around the Main Hospital Facility area.
The Mobile Surgical Units are removable and transportable to guarantee the first-rate healthcare in support of the Medical Hubs. The project’s mission was to ensure its complete sustainability; in fact, all facilities are powered by Energy Storage Units allowing their location in any areas not supplied by the National Grid, in order to guarantee the power “self-sufficiency”.
So no running and logistic costs will weigh on health current costs of the Government.

Established in the year 1984, SINERGA-NGO – Non-governmental Organization operates either independently or co-operating with several National / International NGOs.

  • KENYA: Tabaka - Social & Technical Centre’s Establishment aimed to Local Handicraft
  • KENYA: Tharaka, N'guuru and Gakirwe - Water Programme
  • KENYA: Rift Valley Province, Elgeyo and Marakwet Depts. - Social & Health Assistance
  • THAILAND: Bangkok - Restoration & Modernization of the Camillian Hospital
  • ZAIRE: Goma - Pharmaceutical Dispensary

In the year 1991, by decree issued on November 6th, 1991 by Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, SINERGA has been qualified as NGO’s Legal Entity to carry out International Development Co- operation in accordance with the Italian Law n° 49/1987. 

Since 1992, SINERGA-NGO gave special attention to the problems of Demobilized Soldiers, Displaced Populations and Returnees from Southern Africa, studying and proposing for financing to the E.C. and DHA-UNOHAC, of Projects in Namibia, Angola, Mozambique, South Africa and Swaziland. So, over this period, SINERGA-NGO carried out the following Projects:

CHILE: Santiago - Old People's Home Building (SINERGA's full financed Project)
KENYA: Nandy District, Tach Asis - Rural Water Programme (financed by Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
MOZAMBIQUE: Inhambane Vilankulos Province - Artisanal Fishing Development Programme; (financed by E.C. D.G. VIII - Rehabilitation Budget)
NAMIBIA: Omusati Region - Aquaculture & Agricultural Activities Programme tailored for ex- Soldiers & Refugees; (financed by E.C. D.G. VIII - Rehabilitation Budget)
MOZAMBIQUE: Gaza/Bango /Bunguane Provinces - Rural Water Programme; (financed by UNDP/DHA)
ANGOLA: Benguela, Baia Farta Province - Artisanal Fishing Development Programme; (financed by E.C. D.G. - VIII - Rehabilitation Budget)
MOZAMBIQUE: Province of Gaza, Ngowanine - Water Programme & Wells; (financed by CIDA - Canadian International Development Agency)
NAMIBIA: Windhoek/Oshakati/Rundu – Orthopedics Training Programme (carried out with CESTAS-NGO cofinanced by EC DG VIII and Namibian Health Ministry)
CONGO D. R.: Kinshasa – Social Programme aimed to Rehabilitation and Expansion of a Reception Center for ex-soldiers and street children (financed by the E. C. - Rapid Reaction Mechanism)

SINERGA-NGO Team gathers Professionals, University Teaching Staff, Researchers, Managers, Volunteers and all those who feel the Solidarity works as a mission. SINERGA-NGO is registered in Kenya, Mozambique, Angola, Namibia and Kosovo. Furthermore, SINERGA-NGO co-operated for many years with U.N.C.I. - Italian National Union of the Co-operative Enterprises as per Co-operative Projects and I.C.I.- Italian Cultural Institute as per TA & OR in Fishery & Aquaculture Vocational Training.
